Job Summary
Auto Shop Helper at Caliber Collision in Peoria, IL. Responsibilities include maintaining daily housekeeping in the production area, emptying waste cans, sweeping floors, disposing of unwanted parts, assisting in cleaning spray booths, placing tools and equipment in proper locations, maintaining parking lots and grounds, and performing minor equipment/building maintenance as needed. Adheres to Caliber’s SOP and center procedures to enable timely repairs. Opportunities include paid weekly overtime, benefits from day one (medical, dental, vision), paid vacations/holidays, paid trainings/certifications (I-CAR and ASE), and career-growth potential within a large automotive collision repair network. Must be physically able to perform tasks (bending, kneeling, lifting objects over 50 lbs.) and able to understand written and verbal instructions.
