Job Summary
Entry-level Auto Service Technician role focused on basic automotive maintenance and tire service. Responsibilities include changing oil and oil filters, checking fluids and air filters, installing batteries and checking charging systems, inspecting bulbs and wipers, road testing vehicles, mounting and balancing tires, performing wheel alignment checks, and installing parts such as shocksy struts and accessories. The position supports tire service and alignment tasks and diagnostics to specifications for brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust repairs. Emphasizes continuous learning in automotive technology, with a customer-first attitude; requires flexible scheduling (including days, nights, weekends, and holidays) and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. High School Diploma or GED preferred; valid driver’s license required; prior customer-focused auto service experience preferred. Fleet Farm is an equal opportunity employer.
