Auto Service Technician

Job Summary
Conduct basic automotive maintenance including oil and filter changes, fluid checks, battery installations, bulb replacements, and tire mounting and balancing. Perform wheel alignments, shock and strut installations, and road tests to ensure all services meet customer needs and specifications. Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust components while informing management of equipment mechanical issues. Continuously learn new technical information during formal training sessions to stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology. Work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A minimum of 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role in an auto service/mechanical setting
