Job Summary
Change oil and oil filters, check fluids and air filters, install batteries, and road test vehicles. Mount and balance tires, perform wheel alignments, and diagnose repairs for brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust. Install shocks, struts, and accessories while ensuring all services meet customer needs and specifications. Inform store management of equipment mechanical issues and continuously learn new technical techniques through formal training. Work flexible schedules including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A minimum of 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role in an auto service/mechanical setting
