Job Summary
Conduct basic automotive maintenance including oil changes, fluid checks, battery installations, and bulb replacements. Perform tire services such as mounting, balancing, and wheel alignments. Diagnose and repair brakes, suspension, steering, and exhaust components to specifications. Road test vehicles and install shocks, struts, and accessories. Ensure all services meet customer needs and inform management of equipment mechanical issues. Maintain technical knowledge through formal training sessions. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- A minimum of 18 years old
- Must possess a valid driver's license
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role in an auto service/mechanical setting
