Auto Service Manager

Teach, train, and mentor the auto service sales and technician team to ensure Best in Class execution. Manage team performance, create schedules, and handle customer inquiries while establishing expertise in Fleet Farm's tire and parts inventory. Develop service estimates, perform basic maintenance duties like oil changes and tire balancing, and promote company loyalty initiatives. Monitor payroll and controllable expenses to maintain auto center profitability and provide leadership with sales and budget reports. Requires a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays, with a Bachelor's degree or three years of retail management experience preferred.
