Job Summary
Greet customers, assess vehicle service needs, and schedule appointments to maintain workflow efficiency. Prepare accurate repair orders and estimates, then communicate recommended repairs and maintenance services. Coordinate with technicians for timely vehicle completion and keep clients informed throughout the repair process. Review completed repairs and explain services performed to build lasting customer relationships. This role supports the success of a busy, high-performing dealership by delivering an exceptional service experience.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license
