Auto Service Advisor

Job Summary
The Auto Service Advisor works with customers to determine vehicle needs and services requested, verifies warranty coverage, develops estimates, creates repair orders, and maintains excellent customer service. Responsibilities include answering phones and announcing service specials, scheduling service appointments, developing service estimates by costing materials, supplies and labor, assisting with basic maintenance tasks (oil changes, fluid checks, batteries), handling customer questions and issues, assisting in events/promotions, and promoting the Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule, lift up to 50 lbs, and possess a valid driver’s license; High School Diploma or GED preferred; prior customer-focused and auto service/mechanical experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role
- Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting preferred
- Demonstrated ability to learn basic mechanical tasks
