Auto Service Advisor

Job Summary
Answer phones promptly, make overhead PA announcements for service specials, and schedule service appointments for customers. Establish knowledge of Fleet Farm's tire, parts, and accessory lines while promoting products that meet customer needs. Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, then calculate customer payments. Occasionally perform basic maintenance tasks like changing oil, checking fluids, and installing batteries. Assist customers with all questions and issues, ensuring services are completed with high quality. Handle event preparations and promote the customer loyalty program and credit card initiatives. This role requires a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, with a valid driver's license and ability to lift 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications

- 16 years of age with a valid driver's license
- Previous experience in a customer-focused role
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Previous experience in an auto service/mechanical setting
