Job Summary
Auto Service Advisor role focusing on delivering excellent customer service in Fleet Farm's automotive service environment. Responsibilities include working with customers to determine vehicle needs and services, verifying warranty coverage, developing estimates, creating repair orders, scheduling service appointments, promoting and selling automotive products and services, calculating payments, and maintaining high-quality customer service. Occasional basic maintenance tasks (e.g., oil changes, fluid checks, battery installation) may be required. The role involves assisting customers with questions and issues, supporting event and promotion preparations, and promoting Fleet Farm loyalty programs and company initiatives. Requires a high school diploma or GED (preferred), ability to work a flexible schedule (including evenings, weekends, and holidays), ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and a valid driver’s license for applicants aged 16 or older. Prior experience in a customer-focused and auto service/mechanical setting is preferred, with demonstrated ability to learn basic mechanical tasks. Required Qualifications
