Auto Service Advisor

Answer phones, make overhead announcements, and schedule service appointments while establishing knowledge of Fleet Farm's tire, parts, and accessories lines. Develop service estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor, then promote automotive products and services that meet customer needs. Occasionally perform basic maintenance duties such as changing oil, checking fluids, and installing batteries. Assist customers with all questions and handle issues to ensure superior service and high-quality completions. Work a flexible schedule including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.
