Auto Service Advisor

Auto Service Advisor role focusing on customer-first service in Fleet Farm's automotive service environment. Responsibilities include determining vehicle needs, verifying warranty coverage, developing estimates, creating repair orders, promoting and selling automotive products and services, scheduling service appointments, maintaining knowledge of tires/parts/accessories, performing basic maintenance tasks, assisting customers with inquiries, supporting events and promotions, and promoting the Fleet Farm loyalty program and other company initiatives. Requires ability to work a flexible schedule (days, nights, weekends, holidays), lift up to 50 lbs, and, in many cases, 16 years of age with a valid driver’s license.
