Job Summary
Auto Retention Associate responsible for advising new and existing clients over the phone on auto insurance, including renewals, transfers, and policy changes. Build relationships, upsell and cross-sell insurance products, document client conversations, manage inbound/outbound calls, and meet sales targets using ICBC and private insurance products. Position emphasizes strong communication, attention to detail, computer systems proficiency, and a base salary plus commission structure with potential benefits. Licensing support and training opportunities provided by HUB.
Required Qualifications
- High school education or equivalent
- Level 1 Insurance License an asset
- Customer service or call center experience an asset
