Job Summary
Auto Repair Center Manager responsible for executing the Club-Owned Repair strategy, representing the brand to the marketplace, and delivering an outstanding Member Experience by recruiting and developing talent across store roles. Drive revenue by generating customer referrals, forming partnerships with Branch Operations and tow providers, and coaching for service quality and repair effectiveness. Manage disciplined business operations including P&L oversight, safety, and compliance. Develop and execute strategic/tactical plans for growth, budgets, and market analysis; collaborate with Emergency Road Service and AAA Managers to support repair operations; create marketing campaigns and track their success; support cross-sell opportunities across lines of business; recruit, coach, and evaluate staff; drive team engagement and connect work to corporate strategy. Demonstrates strong leadership, financial acumen, and cross-functional collaboration with proficiency in Microsoft Office; automotive/mechanical background and ASE certifications preferred.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years Industry experience in providing repair, maintenance, and/or emergency road services for passenger and/or commercial vehicles
- 5+ years management or leadership experience
- Bachelor's degree in related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience (preferred)
