Job Summary
Auto Property Damage Director leads the Auto Claims Leadership Team, directing the Auto Property Damage Unit's productivity and personnel, ensuring compliance with state claims handling guidelines, and overseeing investigation quality, training, and file reviews. Responsibilities include supervising auto adjusters, approving settlements within authority, monitoring production and customer service levels, implementing procedures for effective claims processing, identifying system improvements, and conducting staff development and performance evaluations. Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with experience in auto liability property damage claims, supervision of adjusters, and familiarity with regulatory inquiries are required.
