Job Summary
Zurich Canada seeks an Auto Pricing Actuary for Personal Lines to support pricing processes, develop effective premium structures, and enhance pricing sophistication. Key responsibilities include actuarial analyses, regulatory interactions, and collaboration with underwriting teams. Requires 5-7 years of actuarial experience and progress toward designation.
Required Qualifications
- Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice, including Associate Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 5–7 years of experience in the Actuarial area, preferably in Personal Lines pricing
- Progress toward actuarial designation (ACAS or equivalent international certification)
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in auto pricing across one or more provinces
- Strong analytical, verbal, and written communication skills
- Ability to explain technical results to non-technical stakeholders
Additional Requirements
- Fluency in both spoken and written English is required to facilitate communication with internal and external stakeholders outside Quebec.
