Job Summary
Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and online channels while processing orders accurately and providing quotes. Demonstrate strong product knowledge to recommend appropriate automotive solutions and troubleshoot technical issues. Establish new customer accounts through referrals and outbound sales efforts to support growth. Build and maintain relationships to encourage repeat business and loyalty. Maintain a positive attitude while performing additional duties as assigned by management. Requires one year of customer service experience and bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of one (1) year of customer service, inside sales, or related experience
- Strong knowledge of the automotive aftermarket industry
- Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Professional phone etiquette
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to regularly lift and carry 10-20 pounds
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform other physical tasks as needed

- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a pre-employment drug screening
