Job Summary
Conduct all customer interactions to establish positive experiences and finalize sales via phone or in-person communication. Maintain deep product knowledge of parts and services while offering all options to support customer needs. Assist store personnel in maintaining a clean, organized appearance and process returns to contribute to daily operations. Work full-time, up to 40 hours per week, with a rotating schedule of 9am-6pm Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Live in the Sparta, Rockford, or Cedar Springs, MI area
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Dependable
- Customer-focused
- Previous 2 years experience in automotive field
- At least 20 years of Age
- Valid Driver's License
- No major violations
- No more than two moving violations in the past 3 years if over 25 years of age, in the past 5 years if under 25 years of age
- No more than one at-fault accident
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test
- Able to lift and Carry up to 50 Pounds with Both Arms
- Must be able to comply with all physical requirements of position including a pre-employment physical and drug test
