Job Summary
Over-the-counter auto parts counter sales focusing on friendly customer service, in-person and phone orders, and supporting store operations. Duties include researching parts availability via computer/catalogs, assisting customers with part selections, processing cash/credit transactions, learning store systems, and collaborating with teammates. Emphasis on customer service, maintaining a neat appearance, safety compliance, and completing assigned training. Opportunities may include sales incentives related to aftermarket parts, paint, and body shop supplies. Must be able to handle parts lookup, stock management, and basic math for discounts and pricing; valid driver’s license required for Missouri locations. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of professional automotive parts experience or two years of hobbyist automotive parts experience preferred
