Job Summary
Operate a cash register and POS system, assist customers with auto parts, share knowledge about part features and warranty information, process rebates and registrations, build and maintain store displays, stock and price items, maintain accurate invoicing and cash drawer security, provide efficient delivery service in a safe and timely manner, and excel in a fast-paced customer-oriented environment. Must read and reference part numbers from catalogs, be able to lift/move up to 50 lbs, and pass a pre-employment background check. Maintain professional conduct and establish outstanding relations with NAPA customers.
Required Qualifications
- Able to read and write legibly
- Capable of lifting and moving parts/boxes up to 50 lbs
- Capable of recognizing part numbers and applications from catalogs
- Able to reference part numbers and applications from extensive catalog
- Must pass a pre-employment background check
- Must maintain accurate invoicing and cash handling
- Able to work in a fast-paced, customer-oriented environment
- Maintain professional attitude and appearance
