Auto Parts Coordinator at Caliber Collision responsible for inspecting, verifying, and distributing auto parts to workstations and ensuring arrival accuracy with Body Technicians. Follows OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment, with duties including reading and interpreting written orders and estimates, prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced production shop, and coordinating with vendors. Position entails physical activities such as lifting up to 50 lbs and sustained movement. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience completing orders
- vendor management preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Ability to perform physical tasks including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Must be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Adequate in fast-paced production/shop environment
