Job Summary
Auto Parts Coordinator position at Caliber Collision focused on inspecting, verifying, and distributing auto parts to workstations, ensuring arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. Role requires following Caliber and OEM guidelines using state-of-the-art equipment, physical readiness to lift heavy objects, the ability to read and interpret instructions and work orders, and the skill to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced production shop. The role supports involvement in vendor management and order fulfillment with a commitment to equal opportunity employment and safe, compliant operations.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience completing orders; vendor management preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Must have the ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
