Job Summary
Auto Parts Coordinator responsible for inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, and confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians. Follow Caliber and OEM guidelines using state-of-the-art equipment. Role requires 1+ years of order fulfillment experience, vendor management preference, valid driver’s license, and ability to perform physical tasks including lifting over 50 lbs. Read and interpret written instructions and work orders; maintain accuracy and efficiency in a fast-paced production shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience completing orders
- vendor management preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid drivers license and be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity (reach, kneeling, bending, squatting) and lift objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
