Job Summary
Auto Parts Coordinator at Caliber Collision responsible for inspecting, verifying, and distributing parts to workstations, confirming arrival and accuracy with Body Technicians; follows OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment; requires the ability to perform physical tasks (lifting, bending, reaching) and to read and understand instructions and work orders; must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible to work in the U.S.; role involves fast-paced production shop workflows and potential overtime.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience completing orders
- vendor management preferred
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Must have a valid driver’s license
- Must be eligible for coverage under our company insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt to a fast-paced environment
