Job Summary
Sanding, buffing, and repairing vehicles thoroughly to ensure efficient workflow in cooperation with the Auto Painter. Maintain the paint booth and workspace while adhering to Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment. Perform these tasks safely and profitably, prioritizing competing demands in a fast-paced environment. Requires consistent physical activity including kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Valid driver's license and eligibility for Caliber's insurance policy are mandatory. Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous collision experience
- Collision Vo-Tech certification
