Job Summary
Prepare vehicles for painting by sanding, buffing, and repairing them thoroughly in accordance with OEM standards. Maintain the paint booth and workspace to ensure efficient workflow with the Auto Painter. Perform consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Prioritize competing tasks in a fast-paced environment while adhering to safety protocols and Caliber standards. Work at the Service Center Rancho Cucamonga with a starting rate of $18-$20 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license
- Be eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
Desired Qualifications
- Previous collision experience
- Collision Vo-Tech certification
