Job Summary
Assist Auto Painter in preparing vehicles for painting, including sanding and buffing, and maintain the paint booth and workspace. Follow OEM standards and use state-of-the-art equipment and materials (e.g., 3M Collision Repair Products). Support painting operations to ensure efficient workflow and safe, quality results; participate in paid trainings and certifications (I-CAR, ASE) and contribute to a production shop environment.
Required Qualifications
- 1+ years of experience in paint operations within a collision center
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
