Job Summary
Build relationships with clients, colleagues, and dealership representatives to grow your professional network and provide diverse insurance coverage. Proactively offer solutions using a selection of ICBC and private insurance products while achieving performance targets. Process a wide variety of auto insurance transactions including renewals, new plates, transfers, cancellations, and debt payments. Develop new business by cross selling and making referrals to Personal & Commercial Lines. Report to the Branch Manager with a focus on sales experience and exceptional customer service in a busy, fast-paced environment. Requires weekend and evening availability and personal vehicle use for dealership travel.
Required Qualifications
- Level 2 General Insurance License
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Demonstrated sales experience and drive
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to work in a busy, fast paced environment and handle high volumes of transactions
- Weekend and Evening availability
- Willing to use own personal vehicle to travel to dealerships
- 1-2 years of relevant experience
- Up to 50% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Level 2 General Insurance License is considered an asset
