Job Summary
Maintain and repair all covered vehicles to manufacturer and/or regulatory standards, ensuring EMS and patient transport vehicles remain safe. Maintain a log of all maintenance and repairs, and submit requests for needed parts or supplies as they pertain to Fleet Management. Use industry best practices to ensure the highest level of performance of duties while properly operating company communications systems and software suites. Speak to clients, customers, and colleagues in a professional manner. Requires HS Diploma or GED, minimum one year of automotive service center experience, and ability to lift up to 300 pounds with assistance. Posted salary range is USD $23.36 - USD $34.98 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- HS Diploma or GED Equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year of experience in a general automotive service center (or equivalent)
- Must be able to safely lift, carry, and balance up to 150 pounds without assistance, and up to 300 pounds with assistance
- Speak and understand the English language
- Properly operate the phone and/or other communications systems provided by the company
- Properly operate the computer system and the software suites provided by the company
- Speak to clients, customers and colleagues in a professional manner
