Job Summary
Test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications, repair or replace engine components, brake systems, steering, and air bag systems, and perform vehicle alignments. Utilize computerized diagnostic devices to test components and systems while repairing vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards. Engage in consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Read and understand written estimates and work orders while providing personable customer service to internal and external guests.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of Automotive Repair experience
- Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties as assigned
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
- Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
