Job Summary

Auto Mechanic role at Caliber Collision: test and adjust repaired systems to meet manufacturers' performance specifications, repair and/or replace engine components, brake systems, steering and air bag systems, and perform vehicle alignments; utilize equipment such as computerized diagnostic devices; work to repair vehicles thoroughly, safely, and profitably in accordance with Caliber and OEM standards using state-of-the-art equipment; participate in ongoing training and certifications (I-CAR and ASE) and contribute to delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of Automotive Repair experience
  • Must currently have or be willing to obtain proper tools to successfully complete job duties
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Ability to do consistent physical activity (reach, kneeling, bending, squatting, lifting objects over 50 lbs)
  • Ability to read and understand instructions, written estimates, and work orders
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide personable, friendly customer service to internal and external customers
