Job Summary
Operate automatic epoxy dispense, screen printing, and microelectronic component placement equipment in a clean-room environment to manufacture high-reliability microelectronic devices. Responsibilities include reading assembly instructions, setting up and running epoxy dispensing and pick and place machines, programming, and fine-tuning machine operations using computers. The role requires handling fine-pitched microelectronics components, performing rework, inspecting for defects, and adhering to strict ESD handling and in-house training requirements. Candidates should possess mechanical aptitude, ability to work with chemical cleaning systems, and fluency in English.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year working experience as a manual die attach/sub-attach operator in a microelectronic assembly factory.
- Familiar with MIL-PRF-38534 requirements for microelectronics’ assembly.
- U.S. Citizenship is required.
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with programming and/or operating Camelot, Asymtek epoxy dispensers, MRSI and Palomar Pick and Place equipment or equivalent.

- Candidates must pass a pre-employment background check and drug test which include screening for illegal drugs and marijuana.
- Due to ITAR and/or CUI compliance, this position requires candidates to be a U.S. Citizen.
