Auto Line Machine Operator (2nd Shift)

Auto Line Machine Operator (2nd Shift) responsible for operating and maintaining packaging equipment to meet customer needs. Key duties include setup and changeovers of line equipment, performing preventive maintenance, conducting first-level troubleshooting, operating auxiliary equipment such as labelers and printers, ensuring quality at the source, maintaining a safe and organized workspace, and communicating issues to site leadership. The role requires leadership in training other personnel, adherence to Crescent’s safety culture (Do It Right, Do It Safe, Do It Well), and involvement in continuous improvement efforts to optimize production efficiency. Preferred qualifications include experience with cartoner, shrink wrapping, printing, labeling, robotic packaging, and strong computer skills. Must be at least 18 years old, legally authorized to work in the US. Pay range is $20-$26 per hour.
