AUTO INSURANCE DISTRICT MANAGER BILINGUAL AMTEX INSURANCE

Manage multiple locations with agents designated within a geographic zone by screening applicants, interviewing, and hiring new agents. Promote positive attitudes to ensure excellent customer service skills are utilized when agents interact with customers and team members. Manage staff by setting goals, providing performance evaluations, training opportunities, and guidance. Monitor agents for attendance, disciplinary issues, and job function performance while creating weekly work schedules. Handle escalated customer service issues and directly observe agents to ensure tasks and service levels are met. Work Monday through Friday with rotating weekends and weekends as needed. Commission pay is available.
