Job Summary
Manage multiple insurance locations by screening applicants, interviewing, and hiring new agents while monitoring attendance and disciplinary issues. Set goals, provide performance evaluations, and offer training to staff to ensure excellent customer service during agent interactions. Create weekly work schedules, handle escalated customer service issues, and directly observe agents to verify task performance and service levels. Work in-person, in the field, and in the office from Monday to Friday with rotating weekends and weekends as needed. Commission pay is available alongside health, dental, vision, and life insurance benefits.
