Job Summary
Estimate repair and salvage values for on or off-road heavy equipment damage. Prepare detailed reports following client instructions and establish accurate pre-loss actual cash value and possible salvage value for non-repairable items. Deliver fair, timely appraisals under the direction of Vehicle Services Management and Heavy Equipment Specialists. Requires minimum five years of experience in insurance claims. Work remotely from anywhere in the US.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance claims
- Act with Integrity
- Prepared written appraisals on damage to on or off road heavy equipment
- Responsible for establishing accurate and acceptable repair figures if repairable
- Establishes pre-loss actual cash value and possible salvage value if non-repairable
