Job Summary
Auto Glass Technician at Safelite provides vehicle glass repair and replacement services at a Safelite Shop or Mobile Glass Shop, leveraging Safelite training and tools. Responsibilities include repairing and replacing glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, troubleshooting and diagnostic testing, operating Safelite tools (True Seal, Ezi-Wire, Glass Table System, and MRMs), safely driving company and customer vehicles, communicating with customers in person, via text, and by phone, and promoting Safelite products and services. The role requires working in shop or on the go, lifting up to 35-50 pounds as needed, following safety and PPE policies, and completing related duties as assigned; compensation includes competitive pay up to $24/hour plus benefits and tuition reimbursement.
