Job Summary
Master-Level Auto Glass Technician to perform flawless glass replacements on all vehicle types, handle ADAS calibrations with care and accuracy, and take on complex jobs (side glass, back windows, regulators). You’ll represent WindshieldHUB with professionalism, work from a branded take-home van fully equipped with tools, and collaborate with our tech team to maintain documentation and ensure high-quality installations. Growth paths include roles such as City-Level Supervisor or Regional Manager; compensation includes a base hourly rate with weekly bonuses, overtime, and comprehensive benefits. Requires 5+ years of hands-on auto glass experience, ADAS calibration experience (preferred), a valid driver’s license with clean MVR, ability to lift 50+ lbs, and AGRSS/AGSC certification is a plus (we’ll help you get there). This role is on the road in Raleigh, NC, with full-time employment and on-site responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on auto glass experience
- Experience with ADAS calibration systems (preferred)
- Valid driver’s license + clean MVR
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work outdoors
- AGRSS or AGSC certification is a plus — or we’ll help you get there
- Tech-savvy with basic app/tablet use
