Job Summary
Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician through hands-on and classroom training, observing/assisting in installing and repairing auto glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, and completing diagnostic testing. The role aims to achieve Safelite-certified technician status with a focus on delivering high-quality workmanship and outstanding customer service. Compensation starts at $19.25/hour with training progression to $22.75/hour, plus a comprehensive benefits package and tuition reimbursement; paid training and tools provided. Must be 18+, have a valid driver’s license, and be able to lift up to 50 pounds for installation duties.
