Job Summary
A Technician Trainee will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician and, upon completing the program, will obtain Safelite SafeTech certification. Responsibilities include observing and assisting in installing and repairing auto glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, troubleshooting and completing diagnostic testing, and providing additional services & products. The role involves paid training, hands-on/ classroom instruction, operating company vehicles/tools, and progressing toward independent, unsupervised glass repair and recalibrations with a focus on customer satisfaction and high-quality workmanship.
