Job Summary
Be trained as an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee and earn Safelite SafeTech certification. Responsibilities include observing and assisting in auto glass installation and repair, recalibrating automotive safety systems with diagnostic testing, performing additional services, and studying to pass certification. You’ll operate company vehicles and tools, maintain safety and quality standards, and contribute to customer satisfaction while learning the Safelite way through hands-on and classroom training. Eligible candidates will be part of a paid training program with growth to technician proficiency and certification.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work in various spaces
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Willingness to learn and obtain Safelite SafeTech certification
