Job Summary
Trainee will be trained to become a proficient auto glass technician and, upon completion, earn the Safelite SafeTech certification. Responsibilities include observing and assisting in installing and repairing auto glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, troubleshooting and completing diagnostic testing, providing additional services and products, studying and passing testing to become Safelite-certified, operating company vehicles and tools, and adhering to policies. The role is paid to learn with hands-on and classroom training, with potential progression from trainee to certified technician and a benefits package including 401(k), medical plans, PTO, and tuition reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent Preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license (as required)
