Job Summary
Paid to learn as an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee; training to become a Safelite-certified Technician with hands-on installation, repair, and recalibration of automotive glass and safety systems. Responsibilities include observing/assisting in glass installation and repair, recalibrating safety systems, using hand/power tools, completing diagnostic testing, providing additional services, studying and passing tests to achieve certification, operating company vehicles/tools, and maintaining professional customer service standards while adhering to safety policies.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma GED/Equivalent Preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle
