Job Summary
As an Auto Glass Installation Technician Trainee, you will learn to install and repair auto glass, recalibrate automotive safety systems, and provide excellent customer service. This role involves hands-on training, operating a company vehicle and tools, and preparing for advancement as a Safelite-certified Technician. The ideal candidate has a strong service mindset, is able to lift weights as required, and is comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Valid state-issued driver’s license
- Ability to regularly lift up to 35 pounds and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds

- Comfortable working outside in various weather conditions
- Flexibility on start and end times to accommodate customer needs
Additional Requirements
- High school diploma/GED/equivalent preferred
