Job Summary
Trainee will be trained to become an auto glass technician, performing installations, repairs, recalibrations, and related services. Responsibilities include observing and assisting in installing and repairing auto glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, troubleshooting, and completing diagnostic testing; studying and passing testing to become Safelite-certified, and delivering service with professionalism and customer focus. Paid hands-on and classroom training through the Safelite program, with progression toward certification and increased pay post-training.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED/Equivalent Preferred
- Valid state-issued driver’s license to operate a company vehicle
