Technician Trainee will be trained to become an auto glass technician through hands-on and classroom training, earning Safelite SafeTech certification. Duties include observing and assisting in installing and repairing auto glass, recalibrating automotive safety systems, troubleshooting and completing diagnostic testing, providing additional services/products, and maintaining professionalism and customer service. The role involves operating company vehicles and tools, following safety and policy standards, and progressing through technician career levels based on performance.
