Job Summary
Auto Glass General Manager leads market-level operations, profitability, and customer satisfaction for Ultimate Auto Glass and Electronics. Responsible for overall operations, inventory control, market sales collaboration, payroll processing, staff development, scheduling, KPI tracking, and adherence to policies/SOPs. The role requires directing staff performance, coaching for high-quality customer service, coordinating training (AGSC/DOW where applicable), managing accounts receivable, and building action plans for incidents or non-compliance. Travel up to 25% is expected; strong leadership, financial acumen (P&L), and ability to recruit, hire, and onboard new staff are essential. Proficiency with Auto Glass POS and TEAMS, plus advanced MS Office, is required; prior auto glass/auto body management experience is a must. The position is full-time and based in Pensacola, FL with on-site operations.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of five years Auto glass experience / auto body management experience REQUIRED
- Must have valid driver's license and be eligible for insurance coverage
- Proven leadership and track record of employee development
- Ability to read and understand financial (P&L) statements required
- Working knowledge of Auto Glass Point of sales system and TEAMS management system
- Advanced Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PPT)
