Job Summary
Auto Finance Market Manager III leads indirect retail and commercial auto finance across markets, coaching a team of Retail and Commercial Relationship Managers, coordinating with commercial/indirect underwriting teams, and driving analysis, planning, marketing, and budget management. Responsibilities include leadership, team-building, collaboration with underwriting and risk/compliance functions, cross-selling bank products, and ensuring regulatory compliance across consumer and commercial lending. Requires travel in the assigned market, strong communication and leadership skills, ability to hire and coach a centralized team, and the ability to form relationships with internal and external partners.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree
- 10+ years experience in Auto Finance to include both indirect and commercial lending
