Job Summary
The Auto Field Appraiser will assess vehicle damage in the Pasadena, CA area, perform on-site inspections, and document losses to write repair estimates. Responsibilities include taking detailed photos, managing the full estimating process (including supplements and negotiations with repair facilities and vendors), maintaining thorough documentation, and communicating clearly with customers and partners. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in auto field appraisal or estimating, proficiency with CCC ONE, Audatex, or Mitchell, and a proven ability to deliver accurate estimates while providing exceptional customer service throughout the claims process.
