Job Summary
Thoroughly clean all vehicles prior to final delivery to the customer and provide support to the repair center by shuttling customers and vehicles to appropriate locations. Maintain all service tools and equipment in the detail department while following Caliber and OEM standards. Perform consistent physical activity including reaching, kneeling, bending, squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs. Prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment. This role offers hourly pay of $18 to $20, with immediate eligibility for medical, dental, and vision benefits, paid vacation, and paid skilled trainings. Caliber Collision is a leading national provider with over 1,600 centers nationwide.
Required Qualifications
- 21 years of age or older
- Valid driver's license
- Eligible for coverage under Caliber's insurance policy
- Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to understand instructions – written and verbal
- Ability to prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
- Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
